The Atlas Jasmine has two bedrooms and costs £124,995. The Hawthorn Blackthorn has three and costs £159,995. Both prices were confirmed on 11 September 2026.
The price includes the lodge, sited on its pitch and connected, fully furnished, with the decking and steps. Both are built to BS 3632, the British standard for a holiday lodge you can use in winter. Owner to confirm exactly what is included: decking, skirting, connection, furniture pack
Other lodges on the park are listed at lodges for sale. Each one carries a price or a from-price. If it does not, it is not for sale.
The annual site fee
The site fee for the coming year is Owner to publish. It is the single most useful number on this site, and most parks will not print it. What it covers, and how it is reviewed.
What comes on top
Electric and gas, metered. Insurance for the lodge. Rates, which are paid by the park and passed on Owner to confirm whether rates sit inside the site fee. Winter drain-down if you ask us to do it. Running costs through a Cumbrian winter.
There is no rent from holidaymakers to set against any of it. Nobody here was sold that story, and we will not start now.
