Big, flat, gravelled pitches with everything on them. A quiet park where the shower block gets talked about.
The price
A season on a fully serviced pitch is Price, owner to confirm. The season runs dates, owner to confirm.
Electric is metered and billed, or included, owner to confirm. You will know which before you book, and the price per unit if it is metered.
Winter storage, if you want the caravan to stay after the season ends: offered or not, and the price, owner to confirm.
The pitches
Around twenty pitches, all gravelled hard standing, all level and well drained. Grass between them. Room for the car beside the caravan and still space for an awning.
On every pitch: fresh water, a waste water point, a 16 amp electric bollard and a TV aerial socket. No walking to a tap.
Awnings between visits: can stay up, or come down, owner to confirm. Dogs are welcome. There is a long lane to walk them on.
The shower block
Underfloor heating. Big wet-room cubicles with a sink inside each one, so your clothes stay dry. Automatic lights. Hot water that is not on a timer.

Things to know
The A66 runs past the bottom of the park. You can hear it faintly from some pitches. The view goes across it to the fells, and most people decide the view wins.
There is no play area and no bar. The nearest pub is about a mile away along a road with no pavement, so you will drive. Penrith is a few minutes in the car.
A seasonal pitch is for holidays. The caravan stays; you come and go. Nobody can live on a touring pitch, here or anywhere.
