Most parks make you visit to hear this number. We think you should read it in your kitchen first.

The annual site fee for a lodge is Owner to publish the fee for the coming year. That is for the year ahead, and it is the same figure whether you ring, write or turn up.
It is paid once a year or in instalments, owner to confirm.
What it covers
The pitch your lodge sits on. The roads, the lighting, the grass cutting, the drains and the water supply to your door. The people who look after all of it, who live here too.
Owner to confirm the full list: rates, water, refuse, insurance of the park, anything else inside the fee
Not in the fee: your own electric and gas, which are metered, and insurance for your lodge. Running costs, all of them, on one page.
How it is reviewed
The thing owners elsewhere complain about most is not the fee. It is the letter in January. A rise, no reason given, nothing new to show for it.
Our licence says how the fee is reviewed and what it is tied to. Owner to confirm the review method: index, cap, notice period You read that before you pay a deposit, not after.
We will not promise the fee never rises. Costs rise. We promise you will know how, and why, in writing.
