Owning here
Every neighbour is an owner. That is the whole idea.
No holiday lets, no subletting, nobody new every Friday. We say it as a promise, because that is what it is.
Lodges from £124,995. Owners only.

Most parks within twenty miles sell you a lodge and then fill the park with holiday lets. Cars arrive on Friday, leave on Monday, and the faces change every week.
Here it is the other way round. Every lodge belongs to the people who use it. You cannot let yours out, and neither can anyone else. Owner to confirm the rule is written into every licence
So the park is quiet. On a weekday in February you may have it nearly to yourself. On a summer Saturday you will know the people at the barbecue.
Open through the winter
The season is 12 or 11 months, owner to confirm. You can come up for a weekend in January and the water and electric will be on.
That is not the same as living here. Holiday lodges cannot be anyone's main home, in Cumbria or anywhere else. The lodge is your second place. Here is the longer answer.
What you get in writing
Before you pay a deposit you get the licence, in full, to take home and read. It says how long it runs, how the site fee is reviewed, and what happens when you want to sell. The licence, explained.
You also get the site fee for the coming year and what it covers. Site fees and what they cover.
None of that is unusual to ask for. It is unusual to be given it without asking.
