What is included
Fully serviced. Here is what that means on our pitches.
Some parks say serviced and mean a tap fifty yards away. This is the list.
On every pitch
- Gravelled hard standing, level and drained. Room for the car beside the caravan.
- Fresh water tap at the pitch.
- Waste water drain at the pitch, so grey water goes straight away.
- A 16 amp electric bollard. Metered or included, owner to confirm
- A TV aerial socket on the bollard.
- Grass between pitches, and space for an awning.
On the park
- The shower block: underfloor heating, wet-room cubicles with a sink in each, automatic lights, hot showers included.
- A tiled pot-wash room.
- Chemical disposal point and a motorhome service point.
- A lane for walking the dog.
- Owners who live on site. If you need anything, you knock at the house.
Not on the park
No bar, no shop, no play area, no entertainment. That is on purpose. Penrith has the shops and the A66 has the pubs, both a few minutes away by car.
